By using the Nivra app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms; we will post changes here and update the date above.

Eligibility & Account

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Minimum age and any local restrictions apply.

Permitted/Prohibited Use

• Use the app as intended and in compliance with laws.
• No abuse: malware, harassment, unauthorized recording or distribution of content, or security violations.
• Respect fair use policies and third‑party rights.

User Content & License

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.

Intellectual Property

Nivra and our logos are our property. Do not infringe third‑party rights when using the app.

Paid Plans

• Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are shown at checkout.
• Free trials may be available; charges begin at the end of the trial unless canceled.
• Refunds are provided where required by law; otherwise, subscriptions are non‑refundable for the current term.
• We may change prices with notice for the next term.

Third‑Party Services

Integrations and links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for external services.

Beta Features

Betas are pre‑release, provided as‑is, may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the greater of amounts paid in the last 12 months or USD $100. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from third‑party claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

Termination

• You may cancel at any time in settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the term.
• We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or legal requirements.
• Certain sections survive termination (e.g., IP, fees, disclaimers, liability, indemnity).

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law and venue will be your local jurisdiction or as otherwise specified by your contract. If applicable, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration with a waiver of class actions.

Export Controls & Sanctions

Force Majeure
